empire is not the enemy; it is the hostis. It is not a matter of defeating empire; it is a matter of annihilation.
everything allowed by empire is for us similarly limited: spaces, words, loves, heads, hearts. So many nooses around the neck.
death is not something that only happens at the end of life. Death is everyday. It is the continuous degradation of the presence that occurs when we can no longer abandon ourselves to our inclinations.
